1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the nd678 platform — including but not limited to the website at nd678.org, the sports betting lobby, the live casino, the slots section, and any associated mobile or web application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All financial transactions on the nd678 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). nd678 does not support multi-currency accounts; your account balance is maintained exclusively in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote Bangladeshi Taka amounts.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

nd678 maintains a zero-tolerance approach to fraud, collusion, match-fixing, money laundering, and any other activity that undermines the integrity of the platform or harms other players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one nd678 account, or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the KYC verification process.
• Using the nd678 platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the platform to transfer value between parties.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

nd678 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the request of the account holder themselves.

• If your account is closed by nd678 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any bonus balance and associated wagering requirements will be voided. Real-money balances may be returned at nd678's discretion following investigation.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the nd678 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and nd678 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
